Eyran is crawling out of the cave, and since there's no eyesight for him, he's using his sense of warmth. It's spring outside in the world and the warm air lures him into following. 
That's when he meets Kenjo, a bunnicorn, for the first time. That means, if Kenjo is able to notice Eyran. Bunnicorns tend to focus intensely on their task, and so is Kenjo.
