Over the course of the past semester I had an art journal I kept for painting. We had to pick a style or period of art to copy or recreate and interpret in the book; I picked Pre-historic. This meant cave paintings, Venus statues, ivory carvings, etc. I didn't really focus on that in the journal but this is a result at the end of the semester in trying something outside the book in the genre I picked for it.

Thus we have a watercolor of a stag done in the style of cave paintings found in France.
