Oh it seems that Sally has an extra feature in addation to her custom egg pods. Here we see some future convertee getting a free slide down that tail of hers. They get to enjoy a pre coating before ending up in her belly, before getting popped out in a brand new egg pod to emerge as a fully converted drone.
