"Meet Pendant, the shopkeeper from the Crossroad Crossbows archery emporium. Having landed in Mylk from planes unknown, this young Aarakocra would see an opportunity to turn a profit. Rather then taking up the life of an adventurer, he would set up shot on a crossroad and would provide traveling heroes with a place to stock up on arrows, bolts, bullets, darts, daggers, and every other ranged weapon one can imagine. Of course he can't run things by himself, and he hires some of the locals .... many of which are toykin who can't help but make the little shopkeeper feel even littler..."
