"A newcomer to the realm of Mylk, Menes is a Khenra who was well on his way to being given the glorified death in the Trial of Zeal. However, as he and his crop were attempting the Trial of Ambition, his twin brother- Jabari- was eaten alive by flesh eating scarabs right in front of him moments before Menes was shunted into Mylk. Because of this, his heart was torn in two, and he was left feeling sorrow, having grown close to his twin ever since they were born. When he landed in the Tsukimi Isles, he was found and given comfort by some acolytes of Mizuki, who gave him time to properly mourn his brother's death, with his only mementos of his brother being the three cartouches Jabari had earned, which he keeps alongside the three he himself had obtained, and the pair of scimitars that he wielded and that Menes had barely managed to obtain before being pulled away to Mylk. Because of this, Menes was even more aggressive, as he had been forced to grow up quickly, and not even have a proper childhood before he came to Mylk. In addition, he is also heavily protective of the Khopesh, Scimitars, and Cartouches he had on him when he was pulled into Mylk.
After being given time to mourn, the Khenra begins taking missions as a Mercenary, though he still hasn't gotten over the trauma induced by the death of his brother. He is thankful to the acolytes of Mizuki, for sheltering him during the time when he was at his most vulnerable."
