Like many other planes, Mylk is home to many magical creatures, including of course dragons. While originally not native to the plane, several dragons who had been displaced into Mylk found themselves affected by it's chaotic and whimsical magical properties, and began to multiple, resulting in creating a subspecies of dragon imbue with regressive magicks and a strong desire to protect and nuture those they felt were too lesser to care for themselves. These are what many now refer to Daycare dragons. Red Daycare dragons are the most common type of these strange beasts, able to be found in almost every part of Mylk. These parental wyrms will use their natural breath weapon to instill a mild hypnotic effect onto their targets, resulting in temporary mental regression. It is at this point the dragon will take them into their care until they decide to release them back into the world, forever changed from the encounter. While they still hoard coins and valuables, their most sought after item is padding to make sure their charges are always safe and secured. While all Daycare dragons are of Good alignments, you would be foolish to try and enrage one by stealing from it... or worse, trying to harm one of their charges, who they consider their most valuable possessions...
