When Dracul ascended to godhood, he realized that he would need a mortal to serve as his voice and champion among the people of the underdark. While many of the lost who looked up to him were faithful, non of them had the same level of hatred in them that was looking for, and the other subterranean races he did not trust due to his dislike of outsiders. He would look toward the other gods and look upon some of the mortals they had given their blessing to. One in particular caught his eye, a Toykin in the service of the god Rattle, a plush feline who seemed to embody the spirit that Dracul once possessed. This sicked him, but it gave him an idea. Instead of choosing a champion, he would create one, one that would represent his own ideals and serve as a living insult to Maia and the other gods who he now shunned. He would use his powers to probe the plush's mind for his fears and inner dark thoughts, using it as stuffing for his creation, and stitched together a new vessel for his creation to inhabit. Dracul would give his creation a tread from his own body, leaving a small piece of himself within, and thus Nega was born. Serving as the King of Scraps, Nega rules the underdark nation with an iron fist... metaphorically. He delights in seeing terrified surface dwellers, serving under him as servants, or merely as the playthings of his many citizens. Because he was created from Dracul, he commands a powerful control over divine magick from his dark deity, which is not afraid to use on enemy or underling alike. He does have a tendency to come off as less threatening as he wants due to his plush nature, something he gets easily flustered over. He secretly wishes to find his "brother" just so he can see the look of terror on his face when they meet....
