So this is a bit of an departure from what I usually do. I was looking at some old school art done on Amiga, which made me want to try my hand at some pixel art. I've actually wanted to try Aseprite for a while now but also don't want to spend 20 euros on something I might only use for like 30 minutes. But then I found out you can get the source code from their Github and compile it yourself. I did just that, and then I did this avatar for my boyfriend. I don't know much about pixel art but I think it turned out good.
