Toots is a beginner globomancer, who's still trying to get the hang of it, only able to create simple round balloons from his trunk, though standing at a tall 9ft, just being around tends to make him the life of parties.
While he is a vinyl inflatable, his trunk is rubber and is separated by a 1 way valve, meaning, while he CAN blow air out of it, none can really blown back into him, though filling it DOES allows for quick room filling decorations.

Tried to go for a mix of clown and performing elephant designs for this guy, and I'm happy with how it came together
