Constructive criticism is welcomed

Created this quite some time ago with some help from my brother.

The shark sells ice creams and a squirrel who sells hot dog still had some time left on its break, decided to get something cold since it was a quite warm day to tell. Getting there was easy and quick, sadly there was one single problem as you can see. It's going to need some help I guess.
