This is something I haven’t really mentioned a lot, but Gene actually has a set of black markings that are on his wrists but he keeps them hidden, it’s one of the reasons why he keeps his wrists covered.
Since Zech is related to Gene, he also has markings in the same fashion, which he also keeps hidden.

For the longest time, I’ve been trying to come up with some marking designs for Gene, but I have been unable to really do any decent designs or use anything that I was really happy with, but finally I seem to have some designs that I’m actually happy with and I’m actually kind of proud of since these turned out half decent.

What do the markings mean? Well they hold a purpose, but I’m not entirely sure what (I have ideas, just nothing concrete).
Do they hold any kind of special power or anything? That...I’ll have to get back to you on.
