So in Umiriko's Pathfinder campaign, our group faced about two dozen enemies armed with weapons tipped with a sleeping poison. At first, we faced about six or seven of 'em, and two of our party members got dropped: Haloronin's tanuki fighter named Sergei and our old prunish NPC, Jericho. Foshu's rogue/ranger Farahme, Inky's kitsune oracle Miyaro, and my character Samantha managed to dispatch, some nonlethally, the initial group, but then Umiriko sent out the reinforcements, about double the initial wave. Miyaro got dropped with a sleep arrow soon after they arrived, but Samantha and Farahme, using the Web spell, long-range weapons, cover, and some really lucky rolls, laid waste to their forces until they started to retreat, about four of them left. Emboldened (and furious at this point), the two kitties made their way toward the remaining enemies and took out two of them before Samantha was shot and put to sleep. Farahme made one last, desperate charge, slew one of the two remainders, until he finally succumbed to a sleep arrow of his own.

We were not supposed to win this fight.

Umiriko was in full panic mode.

It was a good day for Team Kitty.

NOTE: Samantha is wearing a cloak here because when I drew up the lines, I was under the mistaken impression that she's wearing a Cloak of Charisma. In Pathfinder, it's a headband. MINOR NITPICK.
