As with other modernization projects in the Empire and Republic, the Space Fleets are also under large reconstruction. Though as the Empire has one company creating it's fleet, the Republic thinks that several different companies working on one project each is much faster. As seen in much of the Republic Space Fleet, the ships are made from very different mindsets and companies.

The "Manba II" is made by Genesis Defense Systems, a company in charge of most of the Turret Construction of the Republic and have built the "Manba II" with the most turrets on the front of the craft for superior initial attack success. As such, the "Manba II" is equipped with ACA, AVD, Wing Cannons, Medium and Small Laser Cannons.
