The Meralis Republic has an impressive Intel system, and while the Dectrose Empire develops more jamming systems to counter this, they also improve their own Intel units, and while Intel Aircraft may not be able to operate in Enemy AA areas, or the Scout vehicles operate in areas with a heavy Anti-Vehicle presence, the "Vagabond" can operate in these areas and still provide the necessary intel to win the battle.

Equipment on the "Vagabond"'s helmet includes a variety of Intel-gathering devices. Including the AVD, which is standard on most DE units, ACA for communicating with command vehicles, EvA Sys for distinguishing Friend to Foe, CBR Resperator for hazardous environments, a lockable mouthpiece for sealing of the helmet against CBR dangers, an AVD Camera on the top of the helmet to record and deliver live recon and transmit vital data to command.

While lightly armoured, the Chestpiece holds storage for a variety of different items, from magazines to equipment for setting up a Recon Position. It also has a collar for a bit of added protection from flying debris. The rear of the Chestpiece has a port for attaching a radio system to, Mines, rucksack for added gear, or designation systems for orbital strikes or Airstrikes.

Shoulder and Arm Armour have good protection for the upper arm/shoulder area, as well as the lower arm. Attached to the upper arm on the left arm is a combat knife for CQC engagements, and on each arm a buckler for helping to defend less armoured areas from gunfire. The right lower arm has a TacPad for in-the-field operations and getting visual orders from command, as well as maps of the area and GPS. On the hands is a wearable handguard for better protection when engaging enemy forces.

Tail Armour is adequate for protecting the tail as well as a CQC weapon if swung at the enemy, the Leg Armour is good for decent protection and excellent maneuverability. On the hip is an attachment for holding a "Hellgazer" Mk.I Pistol.

The feet have cleats that are both magnetic and made from Tritaitanium so it can be used to kick down doors easier and to use maximum agility and acrobatics during CQC or traversing territory.
