Taking the Russian Navy's approach to naval warfare, the "Octopus" is well equipped for a huge 'one-shot-kill' approach. This intention is to strike hard and first, and make the enemy flee in terror. Although aging in terms of modern naval units, it still has enough massive firepower to be a threat.
It's massive offensive armament includes a SAC/STS cannon, STS cannons, Torpedoes, ASM and RAAM. Defensively it carries AIG, AA Turrets, Flares, MIGs, and SAMs. Other items include Comm Towers and a Helipad.
