A vast upgrade to the aging "Citidal" Light TD, the new "Citidal II" has a new Laser Cannon and better AIGs than it's predecessor. With this new and fearsome beast, the DE will never have safety in their vehicles while they are in the "Citidal II"'s Line of Sight.
