Due to the large surface fleet of the Dectrose Empire, the Meralis Republic convened to discuss the future of the MR Navy. The conclusion to this meeting was to build a large, multi-role submarine fleet, and the first priority was to secure Air Superiority on the waves. Thanks to these events, the "Archer" AA Submarine was born onto the battlefield. Anouther hot topic was the need for a new droid turret system, the current system of a Droid Control Ship above the planet was a liability and can easily shut down the entire force if destroyed. So, the decision to use the still-experimental "Wolf Spider" IDEpendant Artificial-Intelligence (IDEAI) Droid Turrets. So to all the DE Navy Pilots, watch the waves, because the "Archer" is on the hunt.

The equipment list is as follows: AVD, Submerged ACA, "Wolf Spider" IDEAI Droid Turrets, WVE and many AA IDEAI Droid Turrets.
