The Downfall series has always been a very public mainstay of the Dectrose Empire, with the most inspiring and beautiful designs on the hulls of the ships to promote the view of the Dectrose Space Forces. However, with new advances, the design was taken off the board, and a shift in role was also decided upon. The Downfall III will now focus it's efforts on AA and fending off Torpedo Bombers. As well, it still has the capability to fight and bring down enemy Destroyers.

Equipment list: Warp Drive Stabilizers, RAVD, ULFRD II, ACA, Flares, RAAM II, CHS, Triple AA Railguns, Wing Railgun Cannons and Anti-Ship Missiles.
