Very cute drawing! There's definitely a hint of personality to each one.
First tip, when it comes to hair falling over an eye, it can be very distracting for the eye to just be there like it's on top (especially when the hair is completely over the eye), leaving out the eye color and just having outlines makes it less distraction.

It's fun and a great exercise to work with timed drawings. It really helps to give a sense of the postures, and anatomy of any animal.
