and that's possible, though the top of her dress is fitted (at least, that was my intention) and would keep her pretty much in place.

This is a really nice piece, and I love the posing.
I must say though, the gravity on her breasts seems to be hoing to opposite way to the gravity on her hair
In that upside down state her boobs would look similar to if she were laying on her back; spread out and to the side. They'd probably appear quite small. It's only a minor detail, but I hope I helped somewhat.
