I just finished writing the story this picture goes along with, but it'll be a while before I 'm done editing it.

The sea monster is one from very old legends, a deep sea beast that's attracted to despair and heartache. It used to prey on marooned people, or sailors lost at sea.

I attempted to color an underwater scene and I guess it's okay? Obviously still need to work on my coloring skills but I'm pretty happy with it overall.
