some info about them:
from left to right- jack is the oldest, eden is the youngest, and iris is the middle child.

jack works as a fisherman to support his younger siblings (who mostly live in the nearby forest, hiding) and he's frustrated that they don't make any effort to fit in with the humans (wearing clothes, etc). he understands it'd be harder for iris cause she takes more after their (monster) dad, but he thinks eden would be able to do as well as him. she's generally uninterested, though, preferring to spend time with iris in the woods or befriend wild animals. this leads to a lot of fights between jack and iris about how iris is "a bad influence on her" and jack "should leave her alone to do as she pleases."

jack is treated with a lot of discrimination, but he's worked hard to become a good reputable fisherman and people begrudgingly buy his product cause he's got the best fish around.

generally, jack is hardworking and responsible, focused on making the future as successful as possible. iris tends to carefully live moment-to-moment, scared of the immediate consequences of things that happen /here/ and /now/. eden is a bit disconnected from everything, and doesn't appriciate learning new things very much. she's more focused on studying ruins in the forest and connecting with the natural creatures.
