I made a beach bum character because I liked the idea of ponchos with hoods....Send help.
He wears cargo shorts and ponchos all the time, even if it's 1000 degrees, and just hangs out at the beach all day. He adopted a crab after saving it from a street gang of seagulls. He's just a really chill dude that likes to get high at the beach.

Might sell him if offered the right price. Not totally attached at the hip to him.shrug
