Its great! Though there could be maybe a few eyelashes on the eyes to make them stand out more. They seem kind of bland. The background is great! For the grass you could use the blur brush on a smaller size to mix it in a little more (though that could take a while so I wouldn't blame you for not doing it x3)
Overall its a great picture! Very cute ^^
