This digital painting is about three years old now, however this is still one of my better digital paintings to date so far (I need to pick it up more often). None of this artwork is photo-manipulated it was painted to look like a photograph on purpose however I have left little hints and unfinished parts to give the painting away. I really love barn owls it is just such a shame that their numbers are declining here in the UK. I seriously cannot remember how long this image took to eventually complete but at that point in my life I had a lot of spare time on my hands.
