A fantastic attempt at a Yellow Curry. I have since found a MUCH better coconut milk than the Goya brand. Goya is like the Kraft of the rest of the world. They make the base version of EVERYTHING. The best is always the stuff with no English on the label though. But anyways, the key to Thai curries is Creme Of Coconut. It cuts the spice and makes it sweet! <3
