Well, you did say "critique resuested"... so I try my best! It's hard to articulate what makes a photo click, since I'm more programmer than artist, heh.
I also wanted to say that I wished there is a bit more separation between the foreground and background, but since this is taken in a parade, that isn't easy. (I just stared using a DSLR recently, so BOKEH ALL THE THINGS)

Nice angle shooting from below, and motion blur on the arm and leg suggests movement, yet the face and body remains stationary enough not to be blurred.
... now if only I recognized who's that fursuit....
