I can't tell you anything much about this giant worm except that

1. He's an arms dealer.
2. He's fitting you with weapons in the form of words
3. He doesn't really care which side wins as long as the room keeps singing.
4. He's a leading man
5. The lies he weaves are oh so intricate

No I'm not sure how that song ties into this drawing at all except that both of them were in my head at the same time
