This guy is based on a monster I met in a dream years ago. He introduced himself in this manner.

He's a dream monster who helped me out in several situations, he also has taken on several forms, always wearing the striped scarf. This is his real true form. His head isn't that big, it's all perspective. Except for his popeye arms.
