Making Neanderthal huge Dire Wolf looking Weres with thick fur and Homo Erectus Weres being taller and thinner and thinner furred and Mongolian weres to be smaller and more stocky with thick fur and then so on.

Kasa has a native american name, yes, she's the runt of her litter and would be a mix of the neanderthal and homo erectus. Though the colder weather forces her to stay in were form more than her human form. Since being a loner, it's harder for her to hunt larger game.

I made the hands without paw pads, because the way human and ape hands are made allow for grip. Paw pads are only on the feet, being that they're fatty scaled pads made for rough terrain. Especially since even though these weres can run on all fours quite easily, they spend more time standing and walking on their hind legs. Only running on all four if their hunting or fleeing.

That and it makes more sense to have human/ape hands than to have paw pads with fur in between. How can you grip or pick up things without using too much effort?
