This has got to be the bloodiest pic I've ever actually drawn. However, it's not the bloodiest scene I've ever written. This is Justin Tanrel, by the way. He's usually covered in this much blood within the first hour of battle, maybe the first half hour. The red blood isn't his at all, because his blood is a bit silver-ish, which makes it appear to be slightly purple. He's not the only one with blood like that, since some of his children are like that, and also all the hundredsomething libera prototypes are like that, with slightly varying blood colors. I'd explain, but I'd be spoiling stuff.

also, I think I may be getting closer to figuring out my Libera species' anatomy. as you can clearly see, this is in no way an Anthro (anthro anatomy is very different). This race/species is very special to me and I've had it since before i even knew what anthros were, way back in first grade (I just didn't know how to make everything work).
