he almost always has it on maximum resist unless he is sparing with Shesheik or some one of her caliber (very few then)
it does not simply push against his muscles but also tries to counter act and decompile his mods before he can execute them so he constantly has to adapt and rework his MODs on the fly. so he is essentially always pushing himself on all fields all the time.
