Donavan "Don" Lucciani is the leader of the underground syndicate known as The Messengers, and Cameron's uncle. Victoria was looking for a place to hide Draggyn from the authorities, out of fear of Draggyn being apprehended and used against their will for research, so Don, knowing the importance of Draggyn's discovery, took Victoria and Draggyn in and recruited them to the syndicate, luckily before the government caught wind of the news.

He was friends with Victoria's father, Victor Vixx, and the two of them have a very complicated and dark past.

Despite his slightly brooding personality and relentless brutality in dealing with his enemies, he's a compassionate boss and treats Victoria like she was his own daughter, arguably more then her own father ever did.
