I'm probably gonna come at the new year with a $15/hr min on art, so you can use that as a baseline if you have ideas you want manifested in a certain way. (e.g. most of my digital work takes between 4-12 hours; traditional work about 8-20 hours, sketches and pencil between 20min-3 hours, thanx)
