While western dragons breathe fire, eastern dragons can control water and weather, making them immensely powerful. Hwang however does not have any of those abilities. However she can spray her opponents with a hose. That may sound underwhelming, but since the majority of characters in this fighting game are unviable for combat anyway, Hwang is on pretty even ground!
