I'm taking some inspiration from the-b3ing who often draws characters being merged. What would happen if my fit dog Chuck was combined with my fat dog Pepper? Chuck was afraid he'd lose his toned muscles and become a fat blob of a dog combining with Pepper, while Pepper was worried merging with Chuck would make him lose his gut. Instead, the resulting merged dog Chupper (or Puck if you prefer) keeps both of Chuck and Pepper's qualities. A lucky compromise! If I ever decide to color this, I'll have Chupper's fur color be something in between Chuck and Pepper's fur colors.
