After almost three years of the show being on air, I am finally caving in and posting some My Little Pony fanart.

Internet, please forgive me.

Now before you all start grabbing your torches and pitchforks, let me explain. Earlier this month some background character puppets from the Wonderbolt Academy episode leaked from DHX Studios onto the web. http://thedailyoat.com/2013/06/12/dhx-medias-mlp-flash-puppets-leaked/ I was handed a copy of the leaked Flash file by a friend, and it inspired me to do a MLP version of myself. Sooner or later I'd like to draw this sketch in Flash. I will actually construct my own pony rather than just recolor one of the already existing ones (though I will use the studio puppets for reference).

I drew a Green Lantern beanie on my pony's head since I occasionally wear one in real life. I also gave it a guinea pig for a cutie mark, because my screen name curses me to stick to that motif. Maybe in the future I'll do ponies of my characters.
