Simple BG Commission for deviantART-kirasdarklight of her two dogs, bichon-corgi mix Sande ( passed away on June 1st of 2013) and Corgi-chihuahua mix Neya together.
I was asked if I could submit this today instead of a day I had this done, and it is fine by me. U_U I remember I had fun with this since I had to try and make dem dogs look like how they should. I love blue glowing things too much for not to use them. :(
