Yup, Kira Yoshikage and Killer Queen from Jojo's Bizzare Adventure: Diamond is Unbreakable. The greatest villian written by Araki in my perspective.

I spent alot of time using comic lining and hatching. For the colors I wanted to get that blend as if it was a comic and used thick markers and ink.
