Figured I'd post this here since I'm adding more to this gallery. Drew this back in 2003 as a homage to all of my pet mice. I had lots of them for some time there, before I got my first cat, Ace. My mice were wonderful, I had fancy mice, and one feeder mouse who lived to be 2 and a half years old… each of them had a unique personality, and each bonded with me in their own way. To those who feel mice are "just stupid creatures" I challenge you. They have personalities and are unique in their own ways.

So I made characters out of almost all of my pet mice. This is the best compilation I have, a few more came after this but these were the main crew. Sugar, Onyx and Oreo were my first mice. But I will point out that Blondie became one of the mice that loved me the most, she was always with me.

So yeah, long story to say - MICE ROCK! I would have some if I didn't have 3 predatory cats. I've seen them catch mice, and I had 2 of them when I got my first cat Ace, and well, needless to say I couldn't have them out at all for fear of Ace snatching them up. But maybe one day!

The hardest part of owning such amazing little pets is their short life span. I'll never forget the summer about 4 or 5 of them passed within weeks of each other, seeing as I got them all around the same time. It as heartbreaking, but the love they gave me was so worth it.
