I think restoration is not necessary yet. There aren't any holes or tears yet, just a bit of wear from all the snuggles. And the filling has broken down, which should be replaced, I agree with you there. But I think that can be done this year at Eurofurence, I know a guy there who sells plushies and wants to take a look at Sammy.
