It turns out that I have a form of Heterochromia called Central Heterochromia. For the last several years, my irises have two different colors in them (Turquoise around the outer edge, yellowish green towards the center). I just assumed it as an oddity and never thought much of it.
In my earlier drawings of my Capybara fursona, I just colored my eyes turquoise to make them look simple, so here is a closer depiction of how my eye color actually looks…
