Her name is Switcheroo, she has the ability to change forms between the 3 main pony races; Unicorn, Earth and Pegasus.

Switcheroo in her Pegasus is not as fast as others but she is very swift, thanks to her flexibility she's able to do amazing acrobatics as she fly.
