A design for one of my ocs, Tahir (and his mom up in the corner there. They're both blue stripe Basculin). He's also got a big back piece of the fin marks on Primal Kyogre, adjusted to look like an anchor, with fish grates crossed over one another underneath it.

He's a bit of a fan of pirates.
