Whoops I decided to do more with Harley

Ok, so for a long time I've always wanted a spectator type character. Like, a character that watches what's going on from the shadows and seems to know everything. I decided that along with Harley being a character I can use to vent my frustrations about my chronic illness he would also have a second life where he travels the multiverse observing the Interdimensional Protection Force because he finds them fascinating. He knows everything about them from the way their agency functions to the name of each officer who works under it. Of course this has put him on the agency's most wanted list once he was discovered but thanks to his persona of "The Spectator" they have a hard time tracking him down and taking him in. He also keeps tabs on villains who are a major threat to the multiverse's safety and sometimes collects information on them to anonymously send to the IDPF agency. Of course they have no idea it's him sending the information.

I have to admit I'm pretty happy with the design! Harley's taste in clothing has always been in the fancy or elegant category so I feel this look suits him pretty well. I'm also glad I gave him an ID bracelet, because like me medical will always be a big part of his life and it didn't feel right to leave it out of this version of him.
