http://the-ipl.deviantart.com 's Challenger Chain recently held a big promotional event to advertise themselves to the known (game) regions of the Pokemon world! League higher ups from Kanto to Alola showed up! The gal you see from behind is my main Pokemon OC Prue. She's met Professor Kukui during her time in Alola before but was surprised to see him (she can sometimes be a little out of it with keeping track of recent events if they aren't about newly discovered Pokemon or regions). She decided to chat with him and is totally going to drag him into the Center so she can show off the Popplio (now Primarina) she met in Alola!
