Cin's happy again! There's a paintball event going on at http://pkmnskies.deviantart and Cin's a Guard for Team Yellow! They're a little overwhelmed/nervous about the whole thing and will totally shout apologies whenever they hit anyone! As a Guard, they won't be moving much but will do their very best at their job! Paintballs flying at them is gonna make them a little nervous though, so they'll probably dive for cover and try to hit people from behind protection whenever possible.
