This is Moonlight, a chronic prankster of a Cleffa who is often foiled by his own impatience. He has odd colors cause the deviantArt group he's in, PKMNation, allows for shiny to many any non-standard arrangement of colors to be shiny. So it's not just his ears that get to be green!
