Following a mysterious distress call, T-Bone and Razor decided to split up to investigate a mysterious disturbance on an abandoned warehouse. Hearing a ticking noise, T-Bone entered a dimly-lighted security room with a big, metal door, without realizing it was booby-trapped. The door shut itself as soon as he stepped inside. No amount of tugging from the yellow cat made the door budge.

Razor, alerted to the noise, tried to open the door from his end to no avail. While Razor looked outside to break his partner free from the trap, T-Bone noticed a toy box with a sign claiming to have the "keys to his freedom" inside. After making sure the ticking noise was not coming from inside the box, T-Bone grabbed it to take a closer look... when he recognized the yellow and orange checkered pattern: it was MadKat's jester Jack-in-the-box!

Knowing how dangerous the thing was, T-Bone tried to throw it away...just to find out the box was glued to his right paw.. The crank moved by itself, a macabre tune started to play, and after a couple seconds, the spring inside the box was triggered, releasing the living jester toy of MadKat.

"Well, well, well! Look what we’ve got here... To be honest I expected the slim SWAT Kat to find the Jack-in-the-box... but i ended up getting the strong one. Jackpot!" the spirit of MadKat exclaimed with a spiteful and raspy voice. "Oh, we're going to have so much fun together... Chance Furlong!"

"Wait.... what? How do you know my name?" T-Bone asked, his civilian identity now compromised. The jester toy cracked with malice.

"Never mind that, muchacho! In fact, you won't have to worry choosing between being Chance the mechanic and T-Bone the pilot vigilante anymore! You know why?" He asserted, as a yellowish glimmer surrounded the Jack-in-the-box. "Because from now on you'll become an evil, vengeful jester... and your only name will be MadKat!!! HAHAHAHAAHAHAHAHA"!

As the toy jester laughed out loud with his sinister voice, the yellow glimmer that surrounded the Jack-in-the-box was being transferred into Chance's body. who was now unable to control his limbs. "You won't get away with this, MadKat!" Chance declared.

"Oh, but I already did, Chancey! You can feel our essences already merging." exclaimed the toy jester with glee.

Chance could feel his body already absorbing the magic energy from the box, while his SWAT uniform began to morph into something different. His blue and red flight suit changed into a tight and form fitting jester suit, made of yellow and orange rubber, that spread across his body. This new jester suit covered him whole, and then began to compress against his fur, as if it were some sort of second skin, leaving evidence of the muscular build that Chance had under his yellow fur. At the same time, his flying helmet shifted into a jester cap with bells on it that melded perfectly with his face, and the glovatrix in his left paw melted and reformed into a magical jester baton.

"In fact, you know what? I'll throw some brainwashing into the mix. When I'm done with you, you'll think you have always been Madkat, and that you love causing chaos and mayhem in Megakat City!” The spirit of Madkat threatened Chance ”All of your hatred and desires for revenge will now be taking front seat inside your brain! Now, accept your fate... and become MadKat!"

I love this scenario. It's one of my favorites since it was hinted that Madkat and Chance would be interacting directly if SWAT Kats was renewed for another season. Well, that didn't come to pass, so instead, why not imagine it?
