I must say...Titus has come a LONG way since last year. I made a dangerous mistake of designing a character before KNOWING the character or their purpose. Well, as you see it, Titus has gone full fledged villain, and I couldn't be more satisfied. I wanted to capture the essence of his main personality traits...indifference, deviousness, anger, psychotic sociopath...etc. He also enjoys his smokes. I'd like to think those glasses have a higher purpose than just looking cool as well. ;)

Titus Van Buren is somewhat of an enigma. No one, not even powerful bureaucrats have a solid file on him. However one thing is for sure, he's not to be trusted. The few that have any information about him know that he "cleans up" situations as long as it goes to the highest bidder. If you think he's simply a mercenary, you'd be wrong...for what he seeks appears to be far greater than a paycheck. If you see Titus, it is advised to avoid eye contact.
